This lovely cottage is fully furnished with very comfortable, high quality furniture.

It comprises of a front door entrance leading to an open plan lounge complete with a dining area and galley style kitchen. The whole of the living area has a high quality oak wood flooring and includes a large TV with Freesat and an open gas fire.

Upstairs to the first floor are one double and one twin bedded room, with a further door to the outside. The bathroom is also on this floor and contains a three piece white suite with a shower over the bath.

On the top floor can be found a second double bedroom, bringing the overall sleeping capacity of the cottage to 6.

Included with the cottage are a fridge and freezer, electric cooker, oven and microwave, washer / dryer, dishwasher, flat screen TV with Freesat and DVD player. Gas central heating, linen and towels are provided and there is also a coal effect gas fire.
